At G & L Aromatherapy, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies.   • Return Refund Policy 

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, we package each rollerball/product with care, though if your. item happens to arrive broken or damaged, please email glaromatherapy@gmail.com with a picture of your damaged item within two (2) days of receiving.  

  • Shipping Policy

All orders are processed + shipped within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email including your tracking number once your order has shipped and on it's way! If you don't see your email after 5 minutes, please check your spam folder.

 

All orders are mailed via USPS Priority Mail.

                                                                Terms Of Service 

  • If you have any allergic reaction to any of the oils that are listed in the product description we advise you to not purchase that specific item unless your doctor or physican states otherwise. 

  • Please do not apply rollerball and or product onto your eye, could possibly cause burning. 

  • Keep product away from young children and pets, must have adult supervision.
